Stellar - Gluten Free. This is the name for a new brand in Sarasota. It stands for quality, gluten free baking mix and products, or as our testers said: Oh my god, is this yummy!

Stellar is the mind-child of Island Gluten Free Bakery on 1880 Stickney Point Rd in Sarasota, a family owned bakery with some of the finest baking goods you have ever tasted!

Edelsbacher Design Group developed the logo Stellar - Gluten Free and was lucky enough to test all products for marketing research:)
